 Hebbarieh is a historic village unlike the other
villages it’s highly rich in monuments, the most famous
is The
Roman Temple known as "The Temple of Hover" in which the
ministry of monuments and many other non governmental
associations are interested in keeping this temple
because of it’s historical importance.
As legend Says this temple was for giving sacrifices for
god of sun, also for all execution use to take place in
the temple as a sacrifice for their God.
Also important monuments are scattered over all over
hebbarieh lands like (Borj kssair, Mtallien Tower) and
both are very ancient, beside these historic and
important monuments many other ruins of many palaces
that belong to different historical periods are found in
Sadana Mountains and still in good shape, but waiting
for more governmental attention to be taken care of.
In an area called El-Kherbeh a huge ruins and remains of
ancient town still stands to indicates on the disaster
that took place resulting the destruction of this town,
which from the ruins you can conclude that it was very
important.
